📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of junior staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.,Assist in the development of operational strategies and procedures.,Handle team scheduling, including shifts and leave requests.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR department in recruitment and onboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
