📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software,Assist in the setup and configuration of new computer systems,Monitor and maintain the computer lab's network infrastructure,Provide technical support to lab users,Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems,Document all technical activities and issues,Assist in the development and implementation of new lab procedures and protocols,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the computer lab

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,At least 2 years of experience as a Lab Technician or similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network infrastructure and troubleshooting,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficient in using English for technical documentation and communication,Familiarity with lab safety procedures and regulations
