CV Sri Boga is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical writing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
