📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of digital payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' systems.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business development teams to implement and optimize payment processes.
• Monitor and analyze payment transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional projects, driving collaboration and alignment across teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital payments.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on digital payment solutions and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in fintech and digital payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, digital payments, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in fintech, digital payments, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of digital payment platforms and tools such as Midtrans, Xendit, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
