Create and execute pastry and dessert recipes that meet our high standards of quality and taste.,Work closely with our other culinary team members to ensure that our menu is cohesive and appealing to our diverse customer base.,Maintain and clean our pastry equipment and kitchen facilities to ensure that they are in good working order and safe for use.,Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines to ensure that our food is safe and healthy for our customers.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry and dessert preparation to ensure that our menu is innovative and exciting.,Manage our inventory of pastry and dessert ingredients to ensure that we have enough supplies to meet our customer demand.,Prepare and present desserts for special events and occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries.,Train and mentor our other culinary team members on pastry and dessert preparation techniques and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,A strong understanding of pastry and dessert preparation techniques and recipes.,A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and excellence.,A valid food handler's permit or the ability to obtain one.,A strong understanding of inventory management and cost control.,A strong understanding of menu development and planning.
