📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies.,Analyze client data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Manage and mentor junior account managers to ensure consistent performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with the technology industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
