📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives.,Handle inventory management and procurement to optimize costs and availability.,Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
