📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants using various methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and sending follow-up emails.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proficient in using HR software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), CRM, and email marketing tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
