PT Widya Fajar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales plans.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant industry trends, best practices, and market dynamics.
