📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and spoken).,Attention to detail and organizational skills.
