📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve overall store objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
