Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality recruitment processes.,Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the company.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to align with the organization's goals.,Screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract passive candidates.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring within budget and timeline.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
