📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Ensure that all operational procedures and policies are followed and implemented effectively.,Manage and mentor the operational team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure that health and safety standards are met and maintained at all times.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and plans.,Ensure that all financial and budgetary targets are met and maintained.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices in the hospitality industry.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
