Klinik Putri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a pleasant experience from the moment they walk in. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct incoming calls and messages.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services and products.,Manage and update the guest book and registration system.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the clinic and café.,Promote our services and products to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Enthusiasm and passion for customer service.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
