📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and assets.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.,Train and supervise security personnel to maintain high standards of security.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security of the organization.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Certification in security management or a related field is preferred.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Experience with security software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security is required.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
