As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and edit technical articles, white papers, and case studies.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Work with designers and developers to ensure consistency in documentation and product interfaces.,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and training materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.,Familiarity with technical software and hardware.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
