📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and update customer records and service schedules using ServiceM8.
- Process and organize service requests, ensuring accurate and timely information is recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external use.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure all operational tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proven experience as a Back-Office Operations Assistant or similar role, preferably in the pest control industry.
- Certification in ServiceM8 or equivalent pest control software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
