📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are sourced.
• Implement and maintain our HRIS (Workday) to streamline HR operations and improve data accuracy.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Proven experience with HRIS (Workday) or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in HR operations or a related field is a plus.
