📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire payroll cycle using ADP payroll software, including data entry, processing, and distribution.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and employee handbooks.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in HR and payroll practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and payroll management.
• Proficient in using ADP payroll software and other HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
