📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular production meetings and reviews to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in flexible packaging.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
