📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior mechanics in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on trucks and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Use specialized tools and equipment such as diagnostic scanners, hydraulic jacks, and torque wrenches to carry out repairs.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle repairs.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule maintenance activities and coordinate with vendors for parts and services.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices for vehicle maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in truck or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.
• Certification in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as scan tools and hydraulic testers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the logistics and transportation industry.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license for heavy-duty vehicles.
