📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and laws.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' legal strategies.
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
- Resolve legal disputes and provide practical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in corporate and commercial law.
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide comprehensive legal support.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Certified as a Legal Consultant or have equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar tools.
