📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Optimize product listings and descriptions using tools like Google Merchant Center and Shopify.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital merchandising strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital merchandising.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines for online storefronts.
• Train and mentor junior team members on digital merchandising best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or related roles.
• Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Certification in digital marketing or related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
