📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages
- Learn and master the art of mixology using premium spirits and ingredients
- Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies
- Operate and maintain bar equipment and tools
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a bar or hospitality role (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive training environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
