Daily, you’ll analyze quality data, coordinate with suppliers to address non-conformances, and work with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze quality data using Minitab to identify trends and root causes of defects.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including work instructions and control plans.
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to implement process improvements and reduce defects.
Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure compliance with Keysight’s standards.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in supplier audits and quality reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality engineering role.
Proven experience in quality improvement and supplier collaboration.
Familiarity with Minitab, SAP, and JIRA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management frameworks is a plus.
