📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve a diverse range of premium cocktails, ensuring high-quality standards and consistent presentation
• Lead and manage a team of bartenders, ensuring excellent service and a positive work environment
• Stock and manage inventory, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes
• Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol
• Train and mentor new bartenders to maintain high standards of service and knowledge
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and serve signature cocktails and mocktails
• Monitor sales and revenue, and make recommendations for menu improvements
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or bar captain in a high-volume, high-end environment
• Proven experience in mixology and cocktail creation, with a strong understanding of classic and contemporary cocktail techniques
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixers, with the ability to recommend and pair drinks with food
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid food handler’s permit and liquor license
