As a Hair & Scalp Therapist / Consultant, you will work in a dynamic environment where you will provide advanced hair and scalp treatments, including keratin, Brazilian blowout, and medical hair treatments, using top-tier products like Olaplex, Redken, and Kerastase. You will also consult with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.

• Provide advanced hair and scalp treatments, including keratin, Brazilian blowout, and medical hair treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Use top-tier products like Olaplex, Redken, and Kerastase to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair and scalp care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for hair and scalp treatments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hair & Scalp Therapist or similar role in a salon or spa.
• Certification in advanced hair and scalp treatments, such as keratin, Brazilian blowout, or medical hair treatments.
• Proven experience using top-tier hair care products like Olaplex, Redken, and Kerastase.
• Strong knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills to understand and meet client needs.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with salon management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
