📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and nurture banking relationships to drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize insurance product uptake.
• Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank managers and insurance underwriters.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or SAP, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in bancassurance or insurance sales is a plus.
