📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance
• Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Document equipment performance and maintenance activities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor junior technicians

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Equipment Technician or similar role
• Proven experience with industrial machinery and equipment
• Familiarity with Siemens PLC, Rockwell Automation, and LabVIEW is a plus
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
