📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze security alerts using tools like Splunk, IBM QRadar, or similar SIEM solutions.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global security standards.
• Provide security awareness training to employees and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the security of our financial systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Security Operations, with a strong background in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus.
• Proficient in using SIEM tools like Splunk, IBM QRadar, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools like Nessus, Metasploit, or Burp Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
